Very friendly and needy ,looks well care but skinny, young Male probably 6 or 7 months old. He flops on the floor in front of me for belly rubs , is not scared of dogs or people , he followed us home , he rubs hims against everyone and everything, Doesn't have fleas. I improvised a litter box and he used it.
