Milly is a small female Shih Tzu. She has black and white fur, a mostly white body, black ears, and distinctive black markings around both eyes that look like little eyebrows or a mask. She has a white stripe on top of her head and large dark eyes. She was not wearing a collar because she had just been groomed and her collar had been removed. She is friendly but may be scared and hiding. Please contact me immediately if you see her or have any information. She is deeply loved and missed by her family.
