Louie is a short hair domestic tabby cat. Brown with black stripes and green eyes. He’s 5 years old, has all his claws but is friendly. He has a looped black stripes around the base of his neck resembling a necklace. No collar but is chipped. He’s likely very scared and hiding in someone’s yard, shed, garage or under decks, cars.
