He has a breakaway collar with a bell on. The collar has moons and stars on it. He is black and white. He is very friendly and loves to approach people on his own, though will run away if chased. He is pretty small, only weighing about 11 lbs. And he doesn’t meow much. He may have poor vision in the dark. He is an indoor/outdoor cat. There was a mistaken attempt to return him to an address he does not belong to, and he was released in an unfamiliar area approximately 10 minutes from home. He is now lost in that area. It is indicated on the map. We have talked to many locals and have received at least 3 confirmed sightings in that area. We also know for sure that the indicated area is where he was dropped off.
