She is a medium size and has a black back, is tan/brownish and white color with a smooth coat like a lab. She was described as a lab mix. She has white around her mouth and an upturn on her tail from before I got her. She is a former ASPCA rescue and can be skiddish. She is food motivated. She needs suplements for her joints. Estimated age is between 15-16 years. Lizzy was going to be walked outside for her morning bathroom break when she escaped being hooked on her leash properly. She ran from me when we stayed at the Motel at milepost 170 and walked closer towards the campsite near mile post 165. When workers stopped to help coral her back and I tried catching her coming back towards me, she ran into the bush and was later scented by a local's tracking dog near the road close to the construction campsite. She has a light purple collar with a rabies tag and a microchip.
