Charlie is a small white female Shih Tzu with light tan markings around her ears. She has a short haircut and a fluffy tail that curls up over her back. She was last seen with a collar and pink bandanna . Charlie is very friendly but may be scared and hesitant to approach strangers. She accidentally slipped out the door at my mother-in-law’s house in the Bearden area. She is loved and deeply missed.
