I found 2 dogs near Will Rogers International Airport. One looked to be a tan pitbull and the other one may have been a black German shepherd/lab mix. The black dog had 2 collars on it, one being a mammoth collar but no number or address. The black dog was hit by a car and the car didn’t stop, I sat with him trying to comfort the dog while I called 911. I wanted to make sure he wasn’t alone. It’s really hard for me to type this out but please if anyone knows anything about these dogs, call me and I can explain what happened and the last time I saw them. 911 said highway patrol was on their way but told me I had to leave. My number is 6028143246. Please if anyone knows the owners of these dogs, I am trying to get in contact with them so they know what’s going on. This all happened near Portland Ave and the 240.
