She is an Australian Shepherd, Black lab, Chow mix. She is black with a white chest, white paws, and a white mustache. I was south bound on 57 2 minutes from Gilman when I hydroplaned and somehow the rear windshield busted out and the next thing I know she’s running down the median towards Gilman. She may have been the cause of the windshield busting or maybe she just jumped out on her own. Either way she was seen by myself and 3 others running down the median. She may be internally bleeding.
