Bart is a beige Maltese weighing 10#, has tear-stained eyes, and he's 7 years old, and his tail is fluffy and curls back. We were doing our morning walk when we encountered a 150# pit bull. Both my dogs became afraid, I fell in the street, Bart slipped out of his harness and ran away about 6:45am on 10/27/26.
