He is a 10 pound tan short haired Chihuahua. He’s 15 years old so he has some gray around his face and he did have a burgundy jacket with tan fur around the hood. He was outside with my mom got startled and ran. He has never run before.. There were settings from the neighbors initially that he was just running as fast as he could, and after about an hour, there were no more sightings. This started at noon today.
