Black with white bib and feet. Missing tip of tail. Looks like large border collie or retriever. LOST 12-05-2025 Monterrey and Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge. Lost Friday afternoon about 4pm. He is microchipped but not wearing his collar. Friendly but skittish and High energy. He is mentally challenged due to past abuse.
