Help Find Tataru: Lost Chow Near Red Robin!

Tan and white cored Chow named Tataru. She was in the care of friends until we could pick her up. They allege they let her out in the parking lot of a nearby red Robin's and she slipped out of her collar and ran towards McDonalds
