Lost cat, Kent Circle, 2200, Birmingham — distinctive chirp meow

Grey/Brown tabby (brown belly). Very skinny, small tail. He has prominent black stripes on front legs. He is heavy and when picked up kind of goes limp. He also has a very distinctive meow-a chirp or squeak. He is friendly and will sometimes come when his name is called.
