Black short hair cat tiny white spot on his belly, Male/neutered, cataracts in both eyes but worse in one, he can’t meow but tries at times. He’s a little over a year old but runs small as he was the runt and had health issues. His claws tend to always show even a little. He busted out a screen window around 1AM with his cat brother Tytant (also lost)
