Loni is a black and brown beagle mix. She is small, about 20 pounds. She is very timid and skittish. She was wearing a red collar. Not chipped unfortunately as she’s a new rescue from Kentucky. She does not know the area and is a huge flight risk. She often curls up in corners to be as small as possible. Potentially previously abused
