This looks like a chihuahua mix, or a larger chihuahua , he’s a male not fixed, he has blond hair with some cream coloring, I found him running down the middle of highway 2 and Lima near Brighton around 5:30-6:00 pm he was running west! He is a very friendly well behaved dog! I’m sure someone misses this cute guy! He also had a silver choke collar on.
