I saw it pass in front of a neighbors garage. I followed for about a block and a half at a distance. I tried sitting ahead of it (20+ feet) to see if it would approach a person but it seemed uninterested in me. It jumped about 6ft to pull itself over a chain link fence at one point. I didn't see a collar but it looked like it could have been a pet instead of a stray.
