Small white long haired terrier. Obviously an older dog. Appears to have cataracts and was wandering unable to find its way. Dog was wearing a fuzzy beige and white sweater and appeared well cared for. Has a microchip but my vet was unable to locate a registered owner for the chip number. Chip was originally placed at San Diego Animal Shelter several years ago. No license tag or collar
