Cupcake is a 12-year-old ShiTzu that is white and gray, she has one eye and is going deaf, we were told by someone in the neighborhood that they saw someone pick her up but we didn’t get the make or model of the vehicle. We have had her since she was just a tiny pup and are desperate to find her.
