Found Puppy: Safe & Trained - Chickasha Area!

Male dog under a year old black, tan and white missing a little fur on its upper back like it was shaved. Do not think it was hit by a car is not injured, well-behaved potty trained cannot keep the dog, but I want the dog to be safe.
