Charley is a 9 lb, min-pin/Chihuahua mix. He has the black and tan marking of a miniature pinscher with white on his paws and neck. Large happy ears. He is wearing a pink collar that has a pink bow and tag. Charley was in the yard of our temporary rental at about 6:30 am on Thursday and disappeared from the yard into the dark. We have not seen nor heard him barking since.
