She is a miniature pincher- chihuahua mix, black coat with white and golden parts. She is wearing a pink harness. She went missing when I got into a car crash on highway 63 and; I panicked and let her out of the car because it was smoking and she ran south towards Jefferson City. I saw her cross traffic and run into the woods. She responds to Rubix or Ruby, but she is scared of men. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and not micro chipped.
