Medium-sized dog that appears to be a Beagle or Beagle mix with a short, tri-color coat (primarily brown and tan with white markings on his legs and belly). The dog was last seen wearing a light blue harness. He is cautious, very quick, and uninterested in my attempts to approach. He is barking throughout the neighborhood periodically.
