Jiji is a long, skinny, fluffy white cat with tabby markings around his left eye and a few grey patches on his back. He has a huge long grey fluffy tail and he can’t meow. He was last seen going out around 7am and did not arrive home for his afternoon check in around 12-1. He’s never left the street we live on and never goes more than two house in either direction.
