Puppers is a small black chihuahua with white and brown markings. He has short hair and a smooth coat. Weight approximately 3.5lbs. Height approximately less than 12in. He is wearing a blue collar with white bones. He is intact. He is probably really scared and will probably run away if you try to approach him. He really likes treats his favorite is chicken. He is trained to follow commands like sit stay etc but treats would help.
