Lost male cat, National Avenue, Costa Mesa - looks like a cow with green eyes

Minko has a short tail the size of a finger! He is white on his face down to tge underneath stomach area. He looks like a cow with his markings. Hes mostly white with black markings and green eyes. He hasnt been nuetered. I think I saw him on a pet allience site from LA as if someone drove him there from here!!! I cant rea h them!!!
