Tan and white collie puppy about 50 lbs. Long nose, collar with ID tags, short 12” leash attached to collar. Full white fur collar around his neck. While on his short leash, he heard a noise and yanked the short leash out of my husband’s hand and ran off. We’ve only had him 2 weeks.
