Found this pup in my neighborhood. He look like he is someone's dog. He looks taken care of minus hes a little emaciated. The chip company said he's about 1.5 yrs old and his name is Rex. Unfortunately, the number wasnt the owner. He's a really sweat pup and loves to cuddle. He even knows how to sit.
