Grizzly jumped out of a car window during traffic on I-30 right before the Hampton exit , he is extremely sensitive around the neck area he can be perceived as aggressive , has on a camo collar as well as a white flee collar , he is a boy chow-chow almost 2 years old around 50-60lbs brown and black coat , responds to Grizzly
