Cat found between West 22nd Street and Concord Ave in Wilmington DE near Brandywine Village. She’s a grey and white tuxedo cat with partially pink nose. Found wearing a multicolored collar. She’s extremely friendly. Vet did not find a chip or tattoo. Has all her adult teeth is small. Vet estimates she’s at least 6month old.
