I found a deceased black female long-haired cat with white markings under her arms and on her belly. She was wearing a pink collar with blue smiley faces. The color has a blue clip and a blue bell. She did not have tags. She was apparently hit by a car and I took her to VEG ER on East Colfax in Denver. For sensitivity, I only posted a picture of the collar on the cat which should be recognizable.
