Oreo is a black and white cat with medium-long fluffy fur. She has a mostly white back with a distinct black marking shaped like a broken heart. Very friendly and social. She answers to her name and is not wearing a collar (we found it in the backyard). Last seen near Tennessee & Washington in West Wash Park.
