Cream-colored soft coat 4-lb Chihuahua. She's very skittish, quick, and doesn't consistently answer to her name. No collar and isn't chipped. It's my mother's dog. We took her to the Westland Dog Park, in Farmington, NM. She got away and we couldn't catch her before she ran off.
