Belgian Malanois/Shepard Male Dog with Black face, grey- brown body. Army green thick collar and black collar with GPS or Smart Fence device with flashing green light that beeps once every minute. Located inside Caliente Springs RV Resort at 70200 Dillon Rd Space #421 Desert Hot Springs on Amigo Drive. He is frantically roaming inside the RV park for 4 days now.
