Mona is a solid black dachshund. She has one ear smaller than the other one. She ran away from the person who was taking care of her. She got scared because she was being chased by other dogs and she disappeared from a neighborhood in Donna where she is not familiar with. She is very feisty and barks a lot but she is also very scared of strangers and wont trust right away.
