Pet has a collar and red sweater on but no tags on the collar. Was following a family on pilot knob outside of Rise Dispensary then came to sit outside the clinic. Could not locate an owner. Very sweet dog. Rise worker has recently brought the dog to companion animal hospital to see if they are microchipped.
