Our little shih-tzu mix, Arlo, escaped our yard sometime this morning and is on the loose. He’s senior (15), and is hard of hearing/sight, on top of that he’s a puppy mill rescue so he can be a little skittish. He is chipped but no collar, please be on the lookout.
