We found this beautiful bird on the rooftop of PJ Skidoos in Fairfax City, Virginia off off Fairfax Boulevard. It came down to our patio and we were able to carefully catch it. After a Google search, it seems to be a green cheeked conure. It was a blue metal band around its ankle with a 4 digit number only. Hold love to reunite this bird with its owner ASAP! Please help!
