Cat found at the Links in Fayetteville AR. I’m unfamiliar with cats so unsure of the specific breed. The cat has no tail and a rainbow smiley face collar with a bell and no tag. I saw someone else post the cat on Facebook the other day and said they took her to vet and she has no chip. I haven’t taken her to vet as they are closed today on Sunday.
