Update: Owner has been found. White with some Brown, very matted, very dirty, seems to be a doodle mix (golden-doodle), no collar, seems to be young maybe about a year old, no microchip, very sweet, understands commands; sit, lay down, rollover; and seems to be caged trained. Found on N Main St in Findlay Ohio, in the Valgroup parking lot on the side of the building.
