Black/Brown dog, found with a harness and seemingly no collar. He/She was extremely thirsty when I found them just outside my apartment. They dashed in when I opened the door and was hyperventilating. They are calm now and i’ve bought and fed them some dog food. Please call me if this is your dog. Thank you
