Black cat, green eyes, stubby tail, perhaps female, very sweet and loving. May be old, hard to tell. It’s very thin. My husband found it on his job site in Folsom, Heritage Trails, Toll Bros. Has some white paint on it, so are not fur markings. Not chipped.
