Blue collar with a little rubber attachment on it, had a metal plate with information but the plate was chewed and destroyed. I could not read the information besides "302-xxx-3005" Corgi is VERY friendly and keeps trying to barge inside as if he lives here haha. Loves to lick, very playful, but sad he is lost. Collar seems to say 21-837
