FOUND DOG: At Battlefield Park in Richmond this morning, Friday, February 27, 2026. Female dog about 40# without a collar or a chip. She is a bit skittish, but otherwise friendly with people and other dogs and affectionate. She has been well-cared for, well-fed and with a nice coat. She listens to and follows simple instructions well. She is brown and white and has one blue eye and one brown eye. Looks to be maybe 3 years old, maybe less. Looks a bit like a basenji.
