Reddish/brown coat. Got out the backyard. Male, neutered. He has a lipoma (lump) under his front right arm on chest. He has a surgical scar from a surgery that he had that made a new hole to urinate from which is where he was neutered at. He has rare medical condition that caused the bladder stone to block his urethra. So he pees from the surgical hole similar to how a female dog pees. He requires a special urinary diet. Urgent.
