Foo Man is a scruffy light brown/tan/white dog who is 15 years old, completely deaf, and partially blind. He is not wearing a collar. He has been spotted 4 times around the neighborhood, with the last sighting at around 3:30pm on 11/04/26 near the intersection of Briarledge Drive, Maplewood Court, and Southwater Drive in the Waterside Crossing neighborhood. He is very skittish and will run from anyone who tries to catch him. He cannot hear us calling him since he is deaf.
