No collar microchipped , tan/white with brown spot on the back of his neck tips of ears , male 1year 5months old, bichon poodle Shih Tzu mix. I let him out to use the bathroom in front of the apartment complex our regular routine went to go open the door for him he wasn't outside he Has NEVER ran away n always comes when I call him He usually waits at the door super friendly let's ppl pet him if he's scared he will run to hide but he'll let you pick him up
