Shes a miniature american shepard. About 1 foot tall and 25 pounds. Shes black with a white chest and brown patches near her feet. She has a pink collar with her tags and a training collar on, potentially connected to a leash. She was being walked by someone she wasnt totally familiar with and got scared and ran. She is a very timid dog and is scared of men and kids.
