Shy, super sweet, probably scared, people and dog friendly, floppy ears, brown eyes, tri colored. He was in a car wreck and fled the scene on I85. He crossed traffic and is now heading northbound in the woods.

🥳🥳🥳 UPDATE 2/29/26: Chip has been FOUND and is safe!
We are overjoyed to share that Chip has been located and is on his way back to his foster home. His owner is still in the hospital, so we’ll be keeping Chip safe and loved for the time being.
And to the incredible, small-but-mighty army of volunteers across the state — thank you. For sharing his post far and wide, spending countless hours searching, putting up flyers, making calls, checking with businesses and shelters, and continually checking in… we are deeply grateful. This reunion happened because of you.
