Found near North Hollywood Beach on the beach close to Freedom St and N Surf Rd. He is a very friendly and sweet German Shepherd (maybe a little husky in him). He is not food aggressive, is underweight but has a full coat, has pointed ears, brown and gold eyes with one that has a speck of blue, blacker coat then some shepherds, and a spot on tongue. He is nurtured and potty trained. He does not seem to understand simple commands but walks on a lease ok.
